CHECK-IN
Check-in opening times
All passengers are asked to check in at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of their flight. Passengers arriving for check in after that time may be denied boarding. Please note that all travellers must be present with their boarding documents, passport and visas necessary for the destination, tickets, and baggage in order to receive a boarding card.
Check-in closing times
All CanJet check in counters will close (1) one hour prior to the time of departure.
Florida:
All check-in counters open 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.
*Please note: passengers travelling to the U.S. require additional processing time at the airport for security, as well as for clearing U.S. Customs and Immigration (most flights). For these reasons, it is imperative that you arrive for check-in at least 3 hours prior to your flight.
