CanJet does not offer special meals, if you have allergies we strongly suggest you bring your own snacks for your flight.

You are only required to call the flight status line prior to leaving for the airport.

No, we do not have bassinets on our aircraft.

4. I have a CPAP machine (for sleep apnea), how do I proceed?
CanJet strongly suggests that you bring your machine onboard as a carry-on.

5. What can I bring in my carry-on?

6. Can I bring a wedding dress on board?
Exceptionally, a wedding dress in a garment bag, may be carried on board, and can be laid out or gently rolled up in the overhead bin. There are no closet facilities on board our aircraft for such accommodation.

7. Can I still book flights directly with CanJet?
No, all reservations are booked directly through the Tour Operator or a travel agent.

8. When I look for my flight number it’s telling my flight does not exist, why?
On your ticket you will see for example C6939, C6 is the airline code; therefore your flight number is 939.

9. How do I make changes to my reservation?
If you wish to make a change to or cancel your reservation, please contact your travel agent or Tour Operator. CanJet Airlines is the chartered carrier only and is not involved in reservations and/or scheduling.

11. What is exempt from the restrictions of liquids in my carry-on?
Items exempt from the restrictions on liquids in carry-on include baby formula, baby food, prescriptions and essential non-prescription medicines. 12. Why am I receiving the following error message after entering my information? [1002:NoBookingFound] We are unable to locate the itinerary. Please verify the information is correct and try again.
Possible reasons are as follows:
  • CanJet Airlines receives passenger lists from the tour operators (6) six days in advance, and as a result seat selections can only be processed (6) six days prior to departure date including the departure day itself.
  • If you have booked within (6) six business days of your departure date, your name will be added to our system forty-eight (48) hours prior to your departure.
  • Information entered is not exactly as it appears on your itinerary. i.e. You are omitting middle name, spelling isn't exact, hyphen is omitted etc.
  • If you are traveling with an infant, please call CanJet Specialists at 1-800-809-7777 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time) in order to proceed with your seat selection.

13. How can I purchase my seats in advance if I am traveling as a part of a group?
You can book the seats for everyone in the group via our website. To book individual seats please contact CanJet Specialists at 1-800-809-7777 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time).

14. Can I assign my seat for the return portion of my flight when I am on vacation?
Yes you can, up to forty-eight (48) hours before flight departure date.

15. I do not require a passport to travel to my destination but I cannot select the birth certificate function. What am I doing wrong?
For the birth certificate function, go into the drop down menu under facilitation document.

16.Can I check-in on line 24 hrs prior and print my boarding card?
CanJet does not offer on line check in. The check in counter opens 3 hrs prior to your schedule departure and you will receive your boarding card at check in.
